Providing Financial Assistance for Programs and Organizations

The Minnesota Veterinary Medical Foundation is dedicated to supporting programs and groups that partner with our mission and secure the future of the veterinary medical profession in Minnesota. Each year, we provide monetary grants to individuals and groups to assist in their efforts.

Grant applications are due March 31. You can apply through our online form, or using a PDF application. Please note, the online form will not allow you to save your progress and return later, so it is strongly suggested to look through the PDF form first, and for requests over $5,000 compile all necessary documents before starting the online form. Please email PDF applications to info@mvmfcares.org or by mailing the form to 101 Bridgepoint Way, Suite 100, South St. Paul, MN 55075.
